Mike Famalaro: Working for Blueox is very challenging and rewarding. I serve as the Fuel Dispatcher and am responsible for making sure our fleet of trucks stay on the move to keep our customers warm and comfortable. I came to work for Blueox in 2002 and have seen the company grow into new communities and areas.
I spent 20 years in the Military where everything was structured and by the book. I have parlayed my experience in the military to my dispatch position. No two days are alike and at a moments’ notice, things can change. Working for Blueox has taught me that regardless of the circumstance, we have a great team of people that can adapt to any situation. While being employed by Blueox, I have received training for my craft; attending various schools for both computer and fuel product management. My family is important to me and Blueox understands that. Family is first within this company as it is a family owned business. The staff and employees here at Blueox are my second family. I could not ask for a better company to work for.
