Allan Foote: 2010 marks my 15th year with Blueox. During that time, I have served in various management positions within the Retail Operations Division of the business. Today, I am the Director of Store Operations for Blueox.

Blueox has given me the opportunity and freedom to create an environment that foster's growth in store sales and personal development of my employees. The biggest benefit of working for Blueox is the freedom to make decisions that I feel would be in the best interest of the company.

Within my department, as well as the other departments within Blueox, there is a family atmosphere and culture. We are all passionate about our work and the success of the organization.

One of the most gratifying feelings about working for an organization like Blueox is that there is openness to new ideas and improvements and those suggestions are welcome.

Within the store side of the business, we are always trying new avenues. These can be ideas that come from within our division or ideas that we see from seminars and conventions that are specifically designed for the convenience store industry.
